Many things: - The pick up was very long because the woman couldn't open a door needed for a phone to call U-Haul for some reason. She tried like 100 times and it took so long. - The van had a destroyed wiper blade, making it very hard/unsafe to drive when it's snowy. - The fuel tank wasn't full, therefore it was hard to gauge when to stop when fueling at the end. - I had to take pictures of the final km/fuel; this shouldn't be a client's task. - In general, the people serving me didn't look very awake and ready to help.

Customer services was never on board during my experience. The clerk didn't even check the truck with me....also the fuel indicator was not as indicated. Also, the clerk was distracted by other choirs and wasn't focused on the transaction. In that regard a poor assessment

Patrick DMy report concerns UHaul in Boisbriant, Quebec. Having made a reservation and received confirmation, when I arrived to pick up the truck, an employee arrogantly and overbearingly told me that the truck had been stolen and that he could do nothing.
