Je me suis fait avoir par des prix inexacte afin de louer un camion beaucoup trop chère. IMPOSSIBLE de parler avec quelqu'un au service a la clientèle en Français. Si quelqu'un lit ce message pouvez mous m'appeler en francais. Je suis très mécontent du service obtenu depuis 2 semaines. Jamais je vais référé U-Haul a quelqu'un. Vous ne donner pas de service.

Honour your commitments made over the phone . Firstly. I made a reservation at the "Valmont" location in Saint-Jerome Qc where I was told by a lady I woukd be deducted "61 kilometers" for my rental for a one way rental. Then a few days beforehand I received a "phone call" that I had to pick up the truck at "165 rue Curé labelle in laval Qc" & I would be reimbursed another "28" kilometers for the inconvenience ! Very dishonest transaction all in all ! Where is my deduction on the mileage ? Rental was done on May 30th/2026.

Carl-Eric VTook 1 hour for the employee to make the reservation. They did not have the appliance buggy I ordered and only 4 covers where i should've had 12
Simon GThe pickup process was complicated. Even though I had already completed everything online, it took the employee about 30 minutes to finalize the rental in the app. In addition, I had reserved 12 moving blankets, but only 7 were available. Upon return, the process was also slow, as it took the employee around 20 minutes to close out the reservation in the app.
