Took 1 hour for the employee to make the reservation. They did not have the appliance buggy I ordered and only 4 covers where i should've had 12
Simon GThe pickup process was complicated. Even though I had already completed everything online, it took the employee about 30 minutes to finalize the rental in the app. In addition, I had reserved 12 moving blankets, but only 7 were available. Upon return, the process was also slow, as it took the employee around 20 minutes to close out the reservation in the app.
