Arthur S150$ for 20Km 4 hours ridiculous .. False advertisement 19$ when I book I was told 25$ when I return and show the gaz I was told all is good and now you are charging 40$ gaz ! plus a hole bunch of additional fee ! never again !
Elizabeth Ffirst i was not able to do the automatic check in with the app, second the truck did not start, the battery was dead and third the gas was almost empty. The location and the young lady at the location was great, but quality of the equipemnt was poor !
Louis GMy rental location was changed due to a late customer before me which I completely understand. The only thing that bothered me was that I needed an appliance dolly and the new location only had the regular dolly. I'm glad I got the credit on my bill to cover the extra 20km I had to do to get to the new location and for the equipment that was not available. Overall satisfied.
