Called the day before to confirm and all was a go, though location of pickup was 25 miles away from Topeka, my preferred location for pickup. When picking up your system would not allow rental do to a hold. Turns out needed to pay for ubox shipping but had not received notice that payment was needed for invoice though I was notified of shipping, In any case, system was auto-billing my card for storage and I thought this would happen for shipping. We figured this out at Parkway while on phone with Unix folks and paid. Rental was then processed. It was an irratant but all ended well. I suppose there could have been better communication, particularly at time of confirmation.

It was closed when I arrived to pick up the equipment (arrived at noon and was supposed to be open until 1PM). Another person arrived while I was connecting the trailer and was told they should be open too. Maybe they had an emergency come up. I left a voicemail on the business number and took the trailer. U-Haul called me an hour later asking if I still needed my reservation and I told them what happened so they checked me in over the phone (I thought I had done that in the app, but didn't). When I went to return the trailer the next day, there was no where to put it due to the amount of returns parked along the street and the business was closed that day, so had to park it in the grass (which is where I picked it up from).

Hanna AI am not sure why I had a $61.24 missing/damage fee charged to my credit card. I WAS ONLY GIVEN 6 Blankets and they were folded in the back of the truck which was also swept out clean when I returned the truck. I has asked for 12 but they only had 6 to let me use. The gas tank actually had more than when I picked the truck up. Otherwise, the turn in location was very good.
