The location and customer service is always great. However, sticking an unwanted dolly and bag of stuff in the space I needed to use, and paid to rent, is just unethical and offensive. Do NOT use up my rented space with your dirty ploy: compelling us to cut the ties and pay for things we did NOT want or need. Corporate greed. The truck was old, clunky and smelly, but it worked. Also - you emailed me at least 3 receipts - one or two even before I picked up the truck!! Now I have to babysit my credit charges to ensure I didn’t get billed multiple times, and check if the charges are correct. Super lame. Ever heard the term “enshitification”?

Anna MThe owner was incredibly rude at pick up! Then over charged us for gas , we called to get it fixed. He continued with a very rude attitude and wasn’t willing to listen. Will never be going back nor recommend this location. Along with warning friends and family to stay very clear!
