When using the app and during non business hours someone needs to verify quicker during pickup. My personal friend as a reference I added that was actually helping me move called the text number he received and asked is anyone ever going to call because we were all waiting to pick up the truck for almost 25 minutes past pickup time because of verification. She said oh we can do that now. Time is money. Even just 25 minutes. The pickup process is somewhat easy and seems justified with the pictures and everything and takes about 15 minutes which is fine. But sitting for 25 minutes for nothing is ridiculous at 7am. What if I picked it up at 5am? Would someone be there to answer? Because I only had the truck so many hours. Makes me a little nervous to trust 24 hour pickups and to recommend. Love the idea but can it truly be trusted now I experienced a 40 minute delay in total. Otherwise it was a great experience. I mapped out my route to the exact mile and literally hit it on the nose. My estimated mileage was exactly my odometer mileage. The location was easy to find and easy access to leave with the truck and return and find and get the keys.
