I had a different location initially, but Uhaul wasn’t aware that the trucks in that location did not have the Truck Share ability. My father dropped me off at said location, and left. I then found out that these trucks weren’t going to work after my dad had already left. So I was sitting at the initial location, in 20° weather by myself. They booked me a new truck a mile away, at the Store Smart location. I had to walk to the nearest gas station and have a friend pick me up to take me. I was extremely frustrated. That said, Store Smart are extremely kind people, and they made the process easier, once I reached them.

I included furniture pads in my rental, but the location had none at the time of pickup. This was very inconvenient since I had to find another location with furniture pads. Customers should be able to count on locations to have the requested supplies.
