an error was made in the initial contract, not included was the total millage required for the trip. I got charged for the additional miles more than doubling the price of the rental. I appealed to U-haul and offered to pay an adjusted contract. Their response was too bad.

LYNNETTE BWhen I arrived, it was discovered the unit I reserved was NOT actually there. I had to drive an extra 2 hour round-trip to get the 5x8 unit I reserved.
ROGER RThey were amazing. Both are pickup and drop off locations were changed to far away after we already paid. Our drop off was changed to Coleville more than 200 miles away from the agreed drop off. Fortunately the Lee Vining location was able to help us and was amazing. Corporate UHaul help desk was horrible, rude and inconsiderate. If you didn’t have a monopoly on this business no one would return.
