I ordered a dozen pads for this move which they did not have in stock. They should have contacted me and told me they didn't have them. It ended up costing me more in mileage to drive all the way back home and get blankets.

The issue was we were told that if we turned the truck rental in earlier that the 4 days of the contract that we would receive a refund for the unused days. I wanted to update that we did indeed received a refund for the unused portion of days, but not without escalation on our part. Just want to say Thank you for the refund U haul.
