The Location was fine. No Issues there. The issue was we were told that if we turned the truck rental in earlier that the 4 days of the contract that we would receive a refund for the unused days. I wanted to update that we did indeed received a refund for the unused portion of days, but not without escalation on our part. Just want to say Thank you for the refund U haul.
TERENCE PCustomer service. Seems like you can’t go anywhere nowadays and enjoy true customer service. We had a reservation for a truck for over a week then were told there was no truck available on that day at that location with no explanation at all. Where we were sent the gentleman seemed more friendly when we dropped the truck off within a few hours instead of having it the whole day.

ray lThe only problem here is the space for drop offs. There really isn’t any. There’s room for 3 vehicles. If you have a large rental over 10’ box truck there’s no where to go and as other drop offs arrive there’s no where for them to go. But the man who helped with the drop off was extremely helpful and nice.
