The Location was fine. No Issues there. The issue was we were told that if we turned the truck rental in earlier that the 4 days of the contract that we would receive a refund for the unused days. I wanted to update that we did indeed received a refund for the unused portion of days, but not without escalation on our part. Just want to say Thank you for the refund U haul.

Customer service. Seems like you can’t go anywhere nowadays and enjoy true customer service. We had a reservation for a truck for over a week then were told there was no truck available on that day at that location with no explanation at all. Where we were sent the gentleman seemed more friendly when we dropped the truck off within a few hours instead of having it the whole day.

The only problem here is the space for drop offs. There really isn’t any. There’s room for 3 vehicles. If you have a large rental over 10’ box truck there’s no where to go and as other drop offs arrive there’s no where for them to go. But the man who helped with the drop off was extremely helpful and nice.

The place had a very small parking lot to pull in, barely enough room for the U-Haul and I literally pasted three other bigger U-Haul places that would have suited my needs better and been more convenient.

We used this facility to store our rv camper for over 10 years. We found the staff to be excellent and the facility well maintained. Very pleasant experience!

Everything was fine. terry and Dave were most kind, knowing and very helpful. especially the hot cup of pumpkin Tea at 45 degrees on a cold Saturday ...Terry can explain...Good Tea Terry! 26’ truck uses a lot of gas and has little power.

We rented a storage unit when we moved to the area thinking it would be short term while we stayed with parents and looked for our own place, but issues with parents health required that we stay there so the time we needed the storage stretched out to years. In the course of that time we made several visits as well as rented a truck. All our experiences with Gator were pleasant and we will come back any time we need any of their services. We highly recommend them.

I found the fuel economy terrible on this old Ford ES 320 with 115000 miles Also very expensive rental for one day at .99cents per mile

I was assigned this location to drop my 26 foot truck. They have no parking. Is is very difficult to exit their 4 CAR parking lot onto a main road. I would never use the to pick up or drop of due to the size of the parking lot and the ability to exit.

Picked up my truck at 9 am the truck was reserved 5 days before there was 3 gallons of gas in the tank almost enough to get to the gas station poor service

My experience at Gator Storage was outstanding. I had my paperwork and was ready to go in less than two minutes after I walked in the door. The truck was clean, well maintained and did not have any problems driving it across the state and back in one day. The staff person was courteous, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Gator Storage as a place to get a UHaul truck rental to anyone in the Leesburg area. Not every UHaul dealer is the same and I have not always had great experiences with them depending on the location. You will not be disappointed with the Gator Storage Uhaul dealer, based on my personal experience!

I was returning a 27 foot truck. There was no good place to park it. I did the best I could after a 20-point turn to try to not block the entrance to the self storage bins. This location should not accept 24-7 returns of large vehicles.

My family utilized the storage facility because 1 of our daughters was going to a local college there. We moved in and out of the facility 2-3 times per year. Everyone at the facility was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely use them again, given the opportunity.

For the most part, staff was friendly, until it came to the end of the rental period. I was going to have to extend the rental of 2 large units for 1 week but was told I had to pay for a whole month. I could have vacated them after the week, but kept them for the month.
