The guy Terry was very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. The truck was extremely dirty to the point where I had to clean it out before starting putting my clean stuff in the truck it looks as if someone was sleeping in the back of the truck and it had cigarette buds and dog hair everywhere.

amy mI ordered a dozen pads for this move which they did not have in stock. They should have contacted me and told me they didn't have them. It ended up costing me more in mileage to drive all the way back home and get blankets.
Jason DThey guy in charge was awesome and had the truck prepared for me before I even arrived. I needed to drive my car home and get a ride back and he was fine with it and kept everything prepared for my return.
