Randall R.* Authorized dealer hand another employee do the paperwork, he was not present. I hooked up my own trailer. The trailer itself looked like it had been used in a post apocalyptic show. I stoped at a U-Haul on entrance road Louisiana (71459) and checked to make sure everything was good. They walked around with me and marked all the damage witch was everything and advised me that since I hooked it up they were liable. ( awesome employee) ALSO!!! Your online system blows. On pick up and drop off I was sent to alternate locations costing me a total in 53 dollars in gas as I pulled into the driveway to pick or drop off said trailer. You're systems suck and you need to get all your systems on the same network In real time.
