DO NOT choose this location. The operator wasn't there when I arrived at my reservation time because it was his day off. When he did arrive an hour later he was angry that he had to come in. The other employees were of no help either. Very poor service.

I rented from one spot, when I went to pick up the truck they did not have one. We called the corporate office and got very poor service. We were lucky to find a truck at this spot
The owner is not professional. He is not considerate of others. My pickup was scheduled for 9. He arrived at 10:30 with no concern for mr time. This was the worst experience with renting from Uhaul.
The manager of this location was not there to check out the equipment. After stating that he would release the keys if my online check in was processed, I still had to wait 30min -1hr for him to return just to give me the keys because the my picture, license, and payment were already in the system
The uhaul that I originally been scheduled to get never showed up and I had to spend more money to get a bigger one so now I'm waiting on a manager to call me to get my $50 guarantee
The scraps that fit over the wheels were broken and the unit wasn't ready
Great service and explained well.
This location was pretty useless. There wasn't anyone to help me unhitch the trailer or remove my car. I ended up crying in the parking lot out of frustration from having to do it all myself after a 8 hour drive.
More availability in the area. Uhaul prices are reasonable and customer service accommodates mishaps outstandingly just shortage in area when needed. We ate pizza on the wait the bigger truck helped ease load commute store staff was welcoming.
I have not received my refund for the under use of mileage at this time
