At the time that I reserved a truck, the gentleman explained that he only had a 10’ van. No one in the surrounding area within u haul had anything bigger. I reserved the van and he was very attentive to my needs. Suggestion. Ensure that there are plenty of vehicles for use.



800 uhaul gave confusing information about the truck. The truck was not available when 800 uhaul said it would be--I had my choice of pick up at 8 or 9 am. The truck was not due back until 9. The store owner was very gracious and made sure we were comfortable until the truck arrived. This was a mix up with 800 uhaul and not the store.

What a terrible experience. When you pay this much for a rental truck you expect it to be right. First the location is susposed to be open at 8 am, they were not. We had to wait for them to show up. The truck was clean but not well maintained. The traction light kept coming on and beeping like crazy. The cab lights, dashboard lights and radio would would just stop working. You have to stop turn off the key to get them to come back on. Wanted to let the rental location know when I returned it but heres a shock no one was there. I left the truck and did the drop box. I called once I got the email reciept because they charged me for 3 days not the 2 day I booked it for. The gentalmen was quite nasty and said I booked it online so it was something I did wrong. He tild me to call uhaul and they would have to fix it. I did just that and was helpex by a nice young lady. I did not want to yell at her so I saked to talk to a supervisor so she put me on a call list. REALLY A CALL LIST????? She said I should hear from some by Monday. Then I get a call from the rental location and now they want to be my best friend. Thwy said we are sorry it was our fault we overcharged you and so sorry about the truck issues we are takeing it out of service. Great how does that help me???? What a joke, as far as i am concerned I kept up my end of the contract Uhaul did not!!

order no. 26521472, I pressed no thank you for safe move on line , it seen to reach you as a yes. During pickup I was not showed contract to see that it was on there or told about it. I talked to someone from to let them know before I came that I was having trouble completing online form they said it's ok because it went through. i'm 74 yrs. old on a fix income and don't have extra is why I declined everything which meant me and my wife had to carry some heavy stuff

It was difficult to find a truck at times due to so many people having to move due to storm damage and flooding..had to go the next town over which was no big deal..But rates were way better than Ryder which is ridiculous prices they have..Thanks Uhaul..

We had to evacuate our Assisted Living Community very last minute. They rented the vehicle to me with the understanding I was leaving and not sure when I would return. They worked with me until my return and were very understanding

not sure what time i arrrived, the receipt that charged me for an extra day said 10:10 am . was supposed to have the truck back by 9:45, my point is , I stood there talking with the guy for a good 20 mins or so about hunting and i was back home by 10:30. I live 15 mins from the turn in store.

I called the location this previous day to confirm store hours for next day drop off. Was told that they opened at 8 AM. Was informed that they had a drop box. I informed them that I couldn’t use the drop box because I had 36 unsecured moving pads in the truck. Upon arrival at 8:30 AM, a sign on the front door advised they’d open at 9. Needless to say I moved the 36 pads into the cab and secured the vehicle.

The U-Haul pickup truck did not have an option for a 6 prong trailer hook up, only 4 pin. I had to drive I un-safely with no break or warning lights on my trailer, endangering my life, my child’s, and my animals I was hauling. I will not be renting a pickup truck from U-Haul again unless a proper kit is installed in the trailer kit on their trucks. It was a very unnerving and upsetting position to be put in.... that I paid $103.00 for. This comment does not relflect the customer service of the U-Haul representative at the store, she was nice and obviously this is U-Haul’s issue, not hers.

This was my first time renting a u haul and more than likely my last, I wasn't told the cost per mileage or anything about renting , so I was surprised when I received by amount I was charged had I knew the about that was charged by the mile I would have went another route. I was only asked if I wanted the insurance. I will never rent U haul again and I will be very sure to make other aware about the mileage charge and to ask questions if they never rented before and neither will I recommend them
