I first used this location because the owner is a veteran. The service & availability was & has continued to be awesome. They are my go-to Uhaul dealer.
WILBON EThis was not the original location for my pickup. The first one was in Philadelphia, TN and the order was not there. This made the whole day start out bad. And the Loudon location would not give me the $50 credit that was given by corporate, and they stated I did not fill the tank back to 5/8 - like it was when I picked it up, and charged me additional for that - probably thinking I wouldn't catch it. I have a long history of using U-Haul -- not sure about any future though.
