My rental was supposed to be available for pick up through the app at 8:00 am. When I arrived and was going through the check-in process on the app, it had me call a customer service number. I was informed that I would have to wait until the shop opened because the vehicle was not ready for pick-up via the app. When one of the employees arrived, I told him why I was there, and he began cursing and complaining about the situation. It was not directed at me, but at the company. I was handed the keys and told that the truck was parked outside. When I found the truck that I rented, it had signage in the windshield that I had to remove. This was a terrible experience.

JIM HTrailer needs to be inspected thoroughly, I'm sure it is probably either the rim(s) are bent or the tires are really bad or both as a result of the consistent bouncing, makes it feel very unsafe to pull and completely shook my F350, which with a 20,000 camper being pulled behind it we couldn't even fell. I sure hope it now hasn't caused issues with my tires as a result of tge distance that we had to go pulling this trailer, otherwise you will be hearing from me as thes truck tires were just balanced and rotated when my oil was changed late July and there was still a lot of tread left at the time

Bobby DPersonnel were great and equipment was in great shape. I thought my bill was for $65 plus tax as noted at pickup point but was charged an additional $25 fee at drop off point. I dispute this charge.

Terry MI should have immediately returned the trailer. It shook and rattled. I was concerned it might fall apart. Upon returning the trailer, the dealer checked the tires and found one where the tread was separated! Dangerous!! I arrived a little after 8 a.m. The owner complained everyone was showing up at 8 and they didn't open until 8:30. "I'm just going to drop this uhaul stuff"

FRANK AI first used this location because the owner is a veteran. The service & availability was & has continued to be awesome. They are my go-to Uhaul dealer.
WILBON EThis was not the original location for my pickup. The first one was in Philadelphia, TN and the order was not there. This made the whole day start out bad. And the Loudon location would not give me the $50 credit that was given by corporate, and they stated I did not fill the tank back to 5/8 - like it was when I picked it up, and charged me additional for that - probably thinking I wouldn't catch it. I have a long history of using U-Haul -- not sure about any future though.

The staff was able to help one customer problem solve issues they were having. The staff went above and beyond in helping that guest. The staff was also familiar with my final destination and were able to help me with local services and attractions.
