I don't know where the mix up was but initially rental was booked at plasantville location from my location about 20min, but when arrived they did not have so when called back they said it was in lenox about 2 hrs from my place. Since I needed the rental I had to drive 2 hrs from and back 2 hours (4 hours). They could have made extra effort to locate in Des moines rather then making me drive 2 hrs. Customer service was not helpful and they should reimburse for all the Hessels. I'm not blaming location of pick up or drop off as they got nothing to do with what happened but booked agent mess-up big time.

Robert NAlthough the website let me rent a unit that was not on site, the people at the telephone customer service center and the person at the ACE store were extremely efficient in resolving the problem and in addition to being very friendly, at the end of the day I made my Uncomplicated move, I recommend going directly to the store, because in my first experience both the website and the u-haul app do not guarantee that what you reserve is what they are going to give you, but their staff makes this work , thanks to all of them. 5 stars customer service. 4 stars u-haul website. 0 stars to the u-ahul app
