How U-Haul Reviews WorkFirst, the representative at the Get N Go location made me move my reservation from 7 AM to 8 AM, but never actually updated the reservation with U-Haul. So when I showed up at 8 I couldn’t pick up the truck and had to call support to fix the reservation time to allow for pickup. Then, when I finally got most of the way through pickup, the representative didn’t have the keys or a lockbox or the code to open the back of the truck. Instead I had to call support again to get in touch with a field manager that had the code to get in the back of the truck where the keys were. U-Haul support was very helpful, the representative at Get N Go was NOT. He was very rude and unhelpful. We ended up leaving the lot at 10 AM. 3 hours AFTER the original reservation time. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Jason WCabin was filthy. Back storage had old broken materials left in it. There was no Dropbox either. I had to give it to the gas station attendant and he wouldn’t let me leave until I did the inspection with him even though I had already recorded and uploaded all the documentation. I kept asking the staff member what are we doing right now and they wouldn’t say a word back to me. I must’ve asked him 3 times.
