The staff was very well prepared. They pulled up the reservation and had us on our way very quickly after doing a couple checks on the truck.

Jerry TThe 4x8 trailer. Rented should be removed from service. It had no handle on the tongue & was brutal to handle without it. I usually have no problems with them. The door frame was sharp without a rubber edge and I hurt my head on it.
Karen MI was supposed to get a $37 discount for dropping off at U-Haul choice of location. Didn’t get it. Originally booked it a week ahead they told me pick up location we agreed on then changed it on my way to pick up. Called to figure it out. They changed to another location. Also changed drop off location after I picked up trailer. So confusing.
