The unit i rented (6x12 cargo trailer) had 3 new tires and 1 old tire with a significant flat spot on the tread resulting in a miserable ride with significant vibrations of the trailer and throughout my truck for the entire duration. However, The rental location and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Transaction was effortless and easy. Uhaul should consider a partial refund given the condition of the trailer tire. I have photos if needed. The vibration was miserable on the highway for several hours of an uncomfortable ride, and was difficult to maintain the speed limit given the vibration. All other 3 tires were brand new. Not sure why this one was left unchanged.
