Waze tried to take me to Louisville, not Layfayette. Apparently there is the same address in two nearby cities. It would have been helpful to know that it was located at a Valero gas station too. No signage for uhaul delivery or office. I handed the keys to the same guy who runs the gas station. In fact I passed it the first time thinking there was an error, and almost drove to the Louisville address which would have made my drop off late (with a fee). The entire experience was a headache. For $1,000, I would be a lot more patient and tolerant of the inconveniences. For $2,000+? Ridiculous

I was overcharged 11 miles and told they would fix it, has t happened and seeing a 59 dollar charge . Waiting for it to be reversed
Shanon MTruck box had something sticky in it. Truck cab was clean. Did not have the appliance cart as ordered and seemed to but upset when I said I absolutely needed it.
Timothy GVery friendly and reasonable. Open on weekends. Call you 15 min after your scheduled pick up time and being flexible. Double check with you about what you ordered online before you pay. Highly recommend!
