DORAL HNeed to have a trailer jack available for returns. This trailer is too heavy to lift off the hitch safely, especially for an old man.
Jody DNo one there to help at 2 pm and app wouldn't work properly despite fussing with it for 45 minutes. When we called and talked to real people, things got done but not at all happy with the app!
