Todd RGreat customer service and super easy. In our case, the tie down ratchets were a bit hard to use though worked fine and held the car.
TOBY Byou guys did an exceptional job and the experience was amazing thank for helping during this time. I used the truck to move all of my father's thing's from his place sadly after died last weekend.... I appreciate the help getting a truck so quickly to get it done so thank you again and I'll use uhaul if I need to move anything
DUSTIN CI had a reservation to pick up a 26' truck at SCI Enterprises. When I arrived and attempted to check out the truck through the app, it indicated that no truck had been assigned to my reservation and instructed me to call a provided number. I called the number, but no one was available and I was prompted to leave a voicemail. This was particularly inconvenient as I had friends and family scheduled to help me that day. As a result, I made a new reservation at Clydesdale, picked up a different truck, and experienced no issues from that point forward. Additionally, the app crashed approximately 15 times while I was trying to check out the vehicle and several more times during check-in, which made the overall experience frustrating and unreliable.
