Nothing- communication throughout the process was good. Customer service kept us apprised if location changes and onsite service was good.

Kaustubha AEven though the staff was friendly the location was lacking. They did not have moving supplies so I wound up having to travel to a different U-Haul location to get blankets, boxes, etc.
