ANTHONY EMy review is NOT directed to Stoicheff’s, let’s make THAT clear. This is to U-Haul!!! It is Monday, August 3, 2026 at the moment. U-Haul has now charged me 2ce, totally OVER $200, for a 1 day rental that I was quoted $93 for. Truck was returned ON TIME & WITH THE CORRECT FUEL!
Lisa DIt is getting very expensive to rent a U Haul for a local move.
Mary WThe truck and location I rented it from were great, however, I picked it up before they were open and to use the mobile app for pickup. The mobile app is not at all user friendly and I had to wind up calling customer service for help in completing the pick up. My rating of 5 star is for the location and truck only.
