I have traveled all over with penske but this u haul customer service in Lewistown at Stoicheffs was superior by far. I would recommend this u haul location to everyone.
HEATHER BWhen I looked at the website for hours of this location, I saw they were open until 4 pm. I needed to speak with someone due to the issues when I picked the truck up. I arrived around 2:30-3pm and no one was there. I was charged an additional $120 due to these mistakes that were not my fault. I paid ove $300 due to "the system being down" and having nothing that I needed when dropping the vehicle off and having no ability to talk to anyone.
