The location said they were open and when we arrived they were not. There was no definitive location for parking. Vehicles were parked all over and in a messy manner. Will not be back.

I called for any special instructions. Guy said park truck in the back, drop the key off. He was very friendly, easy drop off.
DAN BThe truck was not clean, the single employee was overwhelmed and far too slow, and there is inadequate parking. The uhaul trucks are parked on city streets and block driveways.

CHRISTOPHER BClean and truck ran. Engine service light and tire service lights on.. Air conditioner did not work. No gas cap. No point in phone pick up when no keys in lock boxes. Forced to wait over 90 minutes for someone to show up and provide a key. Unwilling to provide service to vehicle. Sketchy location.
