They ripped me off. When I picked up the truck she told me to add gas to where it was when I picked it up. I went a total of 10.1 miles round trip. I put gas in it to where it was when I picked it up. But, they charged me for gas anyway for 30 miles. I ONLY went 10.1 miles round trip. I will NEVER use U-Haul again
