Use someone else at least you may have some money left after the move and not a bunch of lies to keep your money.

Young man was very nice and tentative.

When i dropped the truck off tjey didnt jave tje cash to even pay the deposit back until 6 hours later what kinda buisness does this seams like uhaul should have plenty money to pay when you drop off the equipment they wouldnt let you use it and pay when your done .

Have what you advertise online at the shop . Pay attention to the original order and quit ripping people off with sure move insurance. I selected no and the place of pickup put it back on.

The truck was not in good working order. The fuel gauge was not working correctly, the air conditioning only worked part of the time, and there was a fuel economy gauge on the dash that did not work at all. The location was a small country store. It did not look inviting. However, the owner was helpful and friendly. I set up this order online, and the invoice I received included items that I did not order. When I returned the equipment, the invoice still showed equipment I did not order and had not received. The dropoff location attempted to charge me $125 for a utility hand truck that I did not receive or request.

Even though I used the quick check-in, my time was not reduced during pick-up. It seemed as though the clerk had difficulty with the U-HAUL network. The store evidently allows smoking inside as a customer lit up right beside me and refused to put it out when I asked him to do so. The man assisting me just looked at me and said, "Sorry". I guess this is a great place to rent if you're a smoker.

The ratchet strap tighteners on the tow dolly could use some attention. They were very loose when I reached my destination. (Dangerous)

Personnel at both locations were great., especially the gentleman at Pickett Food Mart. He was extremely professional and explained everything very clear. Believe this person was the area supervisor--people like him deserve a nice pay raise.
