JONATHAN PLet’s start with the truck. The truck was clean. In driving the truck It felt like the steering was somewhat loose. You could feel and hear rattles when you went over the even smallest bump. I did not drive this truck over 50 mph due to the way it felt. I have rented U-Haul trucks before and this was by far the worst. It was raining the day of the rental. There was a leak somewhere in the truck that got our mattresses wet. This was very frustrating considering it rained the whole time we were moving and we rented the truck to keep things from getting wet. The owner did ask if I wanted another truck and I said no.
