A horrible experience. The owner of this establishment is completely unfit for the job. I had to wait almost an hour to get my key back because, according to the incompetent owner, he had no control over key distribution. He gave me a number to call for another equally incompetent person, but the person I called offered no answers or solutions and told me to call U-Haul. Why does U-Haul have contracts with establishments like this? There were other people just as upset as I was. Honestly, it was incredibly disrespectful. I would never, ever return to that dump.

CRAIG STrailers of this size need a trailer Jack , it was very difficult to lift the trailer to hook to the truck because I was alone. There was no one there to help, also I rented the trailer for 72hours and was charged for four days rental when I was quoted for three day.

William RIt wasn’t bad service. The lady just knew nothing about the Uhaul at all and said that part was closed today. I called the Uhaul number and they took care of everything. The lady took the keys and I left. The guy on the phone helped so much and sent me my receipt and paperwork via email.
