Charge less per mile!*
ANTHONY GI had a one-way U-Haul charged me for two days and two days of insurance and does not want to give me the second day and the second Insurance back to me. That’s called a scam that’s a rip off. I used the U-Haul for nine hours and they charged me for two days. That’s a scam.
JOHNNY WStaff very professional and customer service oriented. Employees very knowledgeable and has great technical skills and experience to offer. Whenever I need a rental that’s where I’m going to get one.
LEE SI returned the vehicle at approximately 3:25pm but it was not checked in until 8:56pm. I selected on my online reservation that I didn’t want Safe Move coverage. However, I was charged for it any way.
