I returned the vehicle at approximately 3:25pm but it was not checked in until 8:56pm. I selected on my online reservation that I didn’t want Safe Move coverage. However, I was charged for it any way.
JEREMY DThe rental had tire pressure issues. I was told I would receive a credit but did not. The U-Haul had consistent issues with holding air in the tire and I felt unsafe in the vehicle. I felt the tire could pop at any minute.
