Upon reviewing the receipt, I noticed I was charged an extra day. The vehicle was in fact returned at 12pm on 9/30/18 . The receipt states 10/1/18 at 8:20 am. I am guessing due to the location being closed on 9/30/18 and the key being left in the drop box, a staff member offically checked it out once the location was open. I shouldn't of been charged for an extra day and would like this matter recified promptly please.

I was overcharged by 3 days. It took FOREVER to get anyone on the phone at customer nonservice to get it straightened out. I finally got a number for a district manager who took care of it right away. It was not either locations fault, it was UHAUL's. Your customer service SUCKS. I will be posting on Facebook.

Staff was prompt and friendly and had taken care of checking our trailer in.before we were able to talk to him. We dropped our trailer off on Saturday night and were unable to come back to the rental drop off site until Monday morning. Staff had already taken care of the trailer and sent an email with our receipt.Very efficient and courteous.

this location was closed at 2pm on Saturday and not open Sunday or Monday for the holiday. so I just dropped it off. the website doesn't even show hours of operation.

Despite having an appointment scheduled 1 week in advance, paid in full, we waited for service for almost 2 hours upon arrival. I made multiple attempts to call other locations to switch service due to the long wait and having a team of movers waiting for my return. The long wait force me to cancel our second trip with the trailer and thus needed to rent a larger trailer. The service rep was rude and unknowledgeable - I had to input most the information and guide him through a seemingly intuitive U-Haul computer program. When asked for a discount due to the long wait and terrible service, he stated, he "doesn't have the authority to make those calls." I've had a number of other experiences with Uhaul - all decent (average or better) until this experience.
