Leon was super nice and apologetic about the internet not working which meant he had to do the transaction over the phone. Andrew was super helpful in getting the trailer off the ball hitch I brought with me, which consisted of me jumping on the bumper of my truck while he pulled up on the tongue saying "ow, ow" until we got it unstuck, yay!!

Rented a large truck and 5 trailers thru the course of this move. Got jacked around by Uhaul on the big truck in the Hillsboro area and had to go to Silverton to get the truck. Uhaul blamed me, claimed I changed the pick up location. Didn't get offered the 50 buck guarantee since I did reserve this a week prior on line. As far as the Lincoln City location, Leon was awesome and kinda made up for all the crap we put up with from Uhaul up in the Valley. I would Keep Leon, he's a good one!

The check engine light was on the entire time. They could not get the computer to load up when I went to check in to the U-Haul site. It took at least 30 minutes and several attempts through the computer and my phone to finally get checked In. I was told when price when I booked it and another price when I went to bring it back which I refused to pay. I paid the original quoted price. And when I tried to originally reserve it on the website it said that I needed to mark that I've read these terms and would not let me mark them so I had to call to the plate and order it directly which then caused two reservations in my name. This was a horrible horrible experience with U-Haul for me

The engine cover wasn't secure, making the drive awfully hot. The counterperson didn't once look me in the eyes, nor did he bother to walk out to the truck with me to verify anything about it. Overall, it was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had at a business. The truck itself was OK (apart from the engine heat).

Please change your records: you told me that this location is 24 hours, so I made my reservation for 9:00am. Upon arrival, I was informed that the U-haul "store" opened at 10:00am. This location is a gas station. Otherwise excellent. Thanks.

It was unorganized when I went to pick up my truck. The computer system had a different time than my reservation for my pick up, I had to use a different truck than what I ordered, other patrons had been waiting for over 30 minutes. My check-in took about 30 minutes as well. The guy working there was friendly but it was a pretty stressful experience for me and probably for him. He had the phone ringing the whole time and frustrated customers in-store. Perhaps hire another person to assist or figure something else out. I also did not receive my confirmation phone call that was supposed to happen the day before my reservation.

Our truck was EXTREMELY LOUD. The faster the excellerator the louder the defening rumble. We would get out of the truck and people would comment on the "muffler"?!? So disappointed as our drive was over 100 miles of highway travel. The truck was also released with a cracked windshield right in front of the drivers field of view. When we inquired prior to leaving, Asdociate said everything passed safety inspection :-/ Being hard pressed with timing issues, and being told how "lucky" we were to have a truck we felt we were stuck. Upon arriving at Uhaul to return truck. Associate was outside checking another truck in. He was astonished at both the sound and intensity of noise from truck, as well as dumbfounded the truck would be released with that windshield. We are grateful we had a truck at all, but relieved to turn it in and go on our way.

wrong equipment which seems to be the uhaul trade mark ordered 26 foot truck got a call wanted to know if 20 foot would do said ok when getting truck had to take 15 foot had to make two trips costing more milege and gas very disappointing

The pickup location was changed without me being notified. If I hadn't accidentally caught the change online I would have missed the opportunity to pick up the vehicle on time at a different location. I almost had the moving helpers standing around for more than an hour without something to do because no one told me about the location/time change.
