I returned the truck with 3/4 of a tank of gas and only needed to have it at 5/8 so was charged $6.84. I know it's only 7 dollars but really?

The person receiving my drop off was high and you could smell the marijuana fuming from his clothes. Very poor location.

The manager who helped me was friendly and helpful. But I waited for 30 minutes or so to be helped because they were short staffed, it appeared. And the truck had snow and ice on the windshield and on the back, which required me to break the ice free to be able to open the latch and the back door. The manager let me use a dollie at no charge, and there were lots of blankets in the back that I used. That was nice.

Rented a towing dolly and lights were not working because I hooked it up to a different vehicle to drop off and the lights had different issues and not working properly. Blame was put on my vehicle when my when i tow a trailer 3-4 times a week and they work just fine. I drove 11 hrs to texas with no lights on dolly. I felt like uhaul put my father, brother, 2 friends, and my life in danger.

Reserved and used equipment for two days had est indicating about $90. My credit card was charged 3 days with safehaul insurance which I had declined. Annoying.

The van had wet oil spots in the back. Then we dropped it off with the same amount of fuel we got it with and they said it was 1/4 tank less and charged my card for 5.4 gallons of gas also. If you rent from them take pictures of mileage and gas gauge when you drop rental off. I will never use this location again!

Moe, the manager of the location and the person who assisted me, was in poor condition and not able to function. A process that should have taken about 15 minutes took almost two hours. He could not type or speak coherently. He seemed to not be able to understand what I was saying and we repeatedly had to start the process over before I finally checked-in over the phone with someone at the corporate office. Despite the struggles he was having checking me in, he wanted to hook up the trailer to my car and was upset when I told him that one of his employees would be taking care of this part of the process. I was told by another employee he might have been having a reaction to some new medication. Overall it was an awful experience.
