Attendant needs to be trained on how to use the system. Had to call another location to walk him through how to issue a contract and equipment. Also I had to hook up my own trailer, not a huge deal, but not what Im used to from past experiences.

JOHNSON SI dropped my trailer off at my scheduled 9:30 pm (confirmed on app). I asked the person there do I need to sigh or fill out any paper work or anything has to be done on the app and he said no. So I left.and went home. At home I went on the app and it showed I haven’t returned the trailer and was late for my schedule 9:30 pm drop off. I had to drive back to the drop off location and finish the drop off process on the app.. The attendant should have told me that I needed to complete the drop off procedure.
