My biggest piece of feedback I can give is that I understand why the trucks are built the way they are. They're built economically, and I get that. However, not having power windows is SUCH an inconvenience. Those trucks are so big and hard to maneuver anyway, but not being able to control the windows makes it even more so. The experience would have been at least 3-4x better if there were power windows on the truck.
TAGGART BWhen i came to drop off the keys they grabbed them and said they'd get me checked in shortly. The rep forgot to check the truck back in when i returned it.
Jenna CI reserved an order online and I went to get the truck and it was a totally different address. I arrived at the new address and low and behold my truck that I rented was not there. If you want to pay for a 26 ft truck and get a 20 ft truck and not get any compensation whatsoever for the trouble because you're moving your house, then go to this location and you'll be treated as such
