My reservation was switched by U-Haul to this location. I had my rental for only 4 hours on Saturday and was charged a late fee even though I dropped it back early.

Walter PJust a helpful suggestion, not a rant. When you say you will be open at 9 am, be there and be opened at 9 am. Moving day is stressful and delays just add to the stress Very nice office and clean appearance. Might use your again. Thanks.
