ELLEN CI would not only NOT recommend this location, but I also would not recommend calling head office for support when you've been wrongfully charged. I was charged because supposedly the fuel was not at the same level that it was at upon pick-up; I called customer service and they told me to send photo proof of the pick-up and drop-off fuel levels so I did, and they called me back and said they don't believe me, and that they're going to trust the word of the sales rep at the location. Even though I provided photo proof with time stamps, I was still given bad service and my issue wasn't resolved. I will not be renting from this location again, and I suggest no one else does
Renee PEven the esso employee was beyond helpful during an after hours return. Everyone at this location was way more helpful than calling the 1800 number who just rushed me off the phone.
