Over charged
Wanda SMy rental should have been $40 for truck rental and $65 charge for 65 miles at $1 a mile yet they charged me $200 and something dollars I’m still figuring this all out I am very upset

LUCKY JNo matter what location I have rented from, U-Haul never cleans out the cup holders in the truck. This is the case with both dealers and U-Haul locations. It doesn't take much to use some disinfectant wipes to wipe out the cup holders and wipe down the steering wheel.
