I reserve my vehicle to be picked up onsite with a representative. The representative was not onsite and the gentleman at the location did not know anything about issuing the vehicle to me. The gentleman called a number and I spoke with a person that stated that the Regional Manager would call me to discuss and complete my pickup reservation for the vehicle. I had to open the lockbox to retrieve the key to the vehicle. The vehicle was cleaned but this vehicle needs to be serviced (engine light was on and another light was on). The pull hood compartment was damaged. After returning the vehicle, I received my receipt but it was not correct. I received the final receipt on Monday (1) that was correct. This was not a smooth transaction for me.

JEFFREY OI reserved a trailer to pick up on 7/19/25 at another u haul location, when I arrived the office was late opening, once opened the rep informed me that the equipment was broken, not sure why it was listed on the site, he then sent me to another location and upon arriving the office was closed, the office does not open on Saturday, after speaking with a U-Haul rep I was sent to another location, the equipment was available, the rep at this location was not very courteous.
