Dropped truck off after hours and lots was lit up and very clean.
RICHARD MUhaul Truck was picked up with 1/4 tank of gas and we were told to return it with 1/4 tank of gas which is unfair to the customer as it's impossible to know how much gas it will take to get to destinations while at the same time ensuring a 1/4 tank of gas is left in the gas tank. We had to leave more than a 1/4 tank for this reason costing us more money. The gas tank should have been full when we picked it up so that we could have filled it back up full prior to dropping it off which is the most accurate and fair way to do it.
RANDY BIf the company is going to remain virtual maybe add wifi that customers could utlize. My phone was getting horible cell service so uploading all the pictures took extremely long in my opinion.
Lawrence DThe virtual assistant is a bit strange. When we ordered the truck it took awhile for someone to connect, but it was on the weekend. I prefer a local person in the store.
