quit worrying about if the towing vehicle is 2door/4door or 2wd or 4 wd. Yes it must have the capacity to tow any said rental, but sometimes it is obvious that the renters vehicle is more than capable. For example on my last rental I said I have a Nissan Titan P/U. Anyone who knows pickups realizes that this is more than enough to pull a tow dolly with a mounted vehicle. If you must have this nitpick information then just keep it on your program, but when I told my U Haul rep to wing it on the description once I identified the truck she stated that she had to have the information as per U Haul guidelines. I do not know why the information about my pickup was not archived since this was the 4th time I was renting an item. Don't even get me started on your pricing for one way vs. two way rental. I think next time I am going to lie and claim local use.

I made a reservation, and was called and told they gave the equipment to another customer. They arranged an alternate 50 miles out of the way (each way) so for me to pickup, use and drop back off 200 miles. I was able to find the same equipment 10 miles away. The equipment ended up coming in from another customer and I cancelled the reservation. What is the point in making a reservation if they don't hold the equipment?

Lady who rented the equipment was rude disinterested in my business. Questionnaire was much too long and intrusive. I've rented from Uhaul for over 40 years and never damaged or stolen anything from the company. I DONT DESERVE TO BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL. I'll go elsewhere next time.

The U-haul website made it take 40 minutes to pick up the truck that I reserved. It wouldn't let her click on the right information. At first it had me delivering it an hour away from me. I would have to pay mileage. I would pass 3 U-haul places to get to the one they wanted me to take it to originally.

This location forgot to put my key in the lock-box. There is a flaw in your self checkout system. The requirements are that I had a mobile device when onsite, which I did, but when I was onsite, data did not work at that location from my provider. When I drove down the road closer to town, my service worked, but your check-in app required me to be onsite by checking my GPS coordinates. When I called U-Haul support, they offered no help in getting me the lock-box code. After more than 1 hour of trying to get through the 8 step checkout process while onsite, I finally was successful in getting the code only to find out that the site did not put the key in the lock-box. I had to call a number that was provided at the end of check-out to get the owner to the location. This was a HORRIBLE experience. I think you really need to think through times when mobile data is unavailable. I suggest making the location provide a guest wireless Internet to connect to while checking out the vehicle, or providing a phone number to call for assistance. I also suggest having an acknowledgement sent to the customer when the key has been placed in the lock-box to hold the operator accountable. This was an almost 2 hour wait in the hot Texas sun trying to get data for this to work walking all around the facility. It should also be communicated to customers in advance when on what to expect and how the self-checkout process works. Nothing was told to me in advance, and I thought this would have been much smoother. This was AWFUL.

The 4 flat extension cable was too tight and became disconnected from the vehicle when turning resulting in no tail lights and the extension connector becoming damaged beyond repair. The UHaul center in Spring, TX replaced it at no cost.

It is ALWAYS an extreme pleasure working with the staff at this U-Haul location. Twice a year we rent a truck for our prison ministry weekend and U-Haul comes through every time - in fact, they bend over backwards to assist us. We could not have our weekend without U-Haul. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

This location is hard to find.... their address on gps is NOT where they are located. We filled our tank up to the amount it was at the time we picked up the truck and ended up running more than 25 miles trying to find the place. Then they charged me $10 to refill the gas we used trying to find them. (It was Sunday & they were closed, so we could not call them)

Let's see....after receiving no confirmation calls, I called to make sure my truck would be ready and was told yes. 5 minutes before arriving on location for pickup l, I'm called to be told that the keys are locked in the truck and I won't be able to rent it with no other trucks available in the area. The next morning I return after a cal to say that the truck has been unlocked. They tell me that my reservation has been deleted after I was already pre checked in and everything. I get passed between a few a few employees on site and after an entire hour and 20 minutes, they have finally figured out how to finalize my contract and properly work a credit card machine. The lady helping me, frankly, was not professional and literally joked about the fact that I wasn't able to fulfill my previous day's reservation because she was the one who locked the keys in the truck and even chuckled mockingly. My two days were seriously delayed with zero consideration from the employees at the location. ::In Donald Trump voice:: ....sad.... I will still continue to use uhaul, just never this location again. Nice folks, just entirely incompetent.
