jerry hU-Haul has some great people working for them. Had a great experience at both your Livonia and the drop off facility in Battle Creek
CRAIG ZI requested a moving van, but was given a larger moving truck. They are the same price on the website, so this wasn't a deal. The van gets better fuel economy per the UHaul website (18mpg vs. 12 mpg for the truck). I was offered nothing for the inconvenience and additional fuel charge I had to pay. I needed the van for my move, not a truck. Additionally, the truck pulled to the left and appears to need an alignment, the steering wheel was not straight while driving in a straight line. I understand people don't return vehicles on time, but that should not be my problem. I should have cancelled my order and gone with another company.
