Make sure if your doing an after hours rental you leave the key in the right box and make sure the equipment is there. Luckily all the lockboxes were not actually locked so I went through every one to find my key but couldn't undo the lack of a Dolly. Driving all over Chicago when I have a time sensitive pickup was not fun.

Patrick NExcellent service. Rich had the van warmed up and ready to go upon entering the lot. He explained the process thoroughly and was very flexible regarding return time. We will call upon Rich again should we need a rental in the future.
