The staff were great!! Just need an easier parking lot to get the biggest trucks in and out of.

My check in person was friendly and professional. However I ordered a 10’ and they gave me a 15 much larger and not as easy to navigate. It was not a welcome upgrade, I would’ve felt more comfortable with the 10’. And I spent more in gas and just navigating around. Very disappointing.
PAMELA AU-Haul needs to keep more car haulers and dollies at this location and others, a lot of the time when you want to rent a car hauler or dolly they've already been rented on a one-way rent, that's the only complaint I have, when they're rented on a one-way rent and there are no car haulers or dollies it makes it bad for all the rest of us that need to rent one, please improve this
STEVEN DThe truck i got had problems. The transmission sounded and felt like it was going out. It would have been very unfortunate if that were to happen to someone else who uses it. Other than that, everything was great!
