The truck i got had problems. The transmission sounded and felt like it was going out. It would have been very unfortunate if that were to happen to someone else who uses it. Other than that, everything was great!

JORDAN RI didn't deal with the lady at this location on this occasion but I have dealt with her before and she was very inviting and helpful. And it was an easy drop off.
LAURA HI returned the dolly on the same day an hour before they closed, went inside and told them i had returned it and the next day I got a charge for an after hour service fee. When I called, the woman told me that it wasn't put in the system so that's why I got a charge. My money still has not been refunded. Try calling the customer before you charge them for your mess up!
