There were no personnel at the drop-off location. This location was also a U-Haul storage location, so it took a few minutes to find the key drop-box. Perhaps something at the building door telling customers where the key drop is located would be helpful.

Staff was super friendly and got me on my way immediately
MATTHEW MThis particular truck was uncomfortable. It had a lot of extra bounce, the side mirrors vibrated so much it was hard to see out of them, and the check engine light came on half way through our trip. Knowing we were making a far drive we should’ve been given a better truck. Butter service at both locations was fantastic.
MALENA HChecking in and dropping off the truck using the app was fairly difficult. The process was not very obvious to get started.
