Everything was great
MICKEY WThe U-haul manager was not on site and the person I dropped my key off with was less than confident in how the return process went.
BRANDON FI'm trying to figure out why the location I rented the truck from charged me for 6 gallons of gas when I drove it a total of NINE miles. You can't tell me your trucks get 1.5 miles to the gallon. That's completely ridiculous.
Megan SChecking in and out was quick and easy! I had submitted most of the information online. The staff was ready for my arrival and the truck worked great! When I returned it the staff again was watching for me and it was no time at all before I was on my way!
