Customer Service was horrible didn’t receive proper help with picking up and the process of picking up a reserved rental was terrible. Had to contact the customer service on the phone to receive proper help.

HUA WVery dirty vehicle. Not clean at all. Smells gravy and sticky surfaces and floor. I cleaned it because U-Haul pick up location could not clean it for us.
mohit bThe location was changed several times. When we went to the location and were given the key, the key did not fit the U-Haul that was there. I called back, and they had us go to another place to get the right U-Haul that the key would fit. The lights were so dim that we couldn't drive after dark. I have rented a U-Haul many times, but this time was not good at all. I feel like we should receive a discount.
