Overcharged. When I returned the vehicle, I clicked the "I don't agree with the charges button" and the return process told me I would be contacted within 48 hours. I was not contacted and 72 hours later, I received an overcharged bill.

Somebody called me to say they were changing my pick up location. I told them I already had confirmation of the location and that I did NOT want to travel an extra 24 miles (both ways/picking up and returning). I was told, “Okay, we will have your rental at the location you had it at.” I am at the location to pick up my truck and I see it on the lot. I have seen it in the same spot since I made the reservation. I find out that I need to travel to another location. I call UHALL to complain and was told that I had to go to the other location (that would have cost me another $24 in mileage). I am out of an hour of day light and $35 for money being paid to helpers that were on the clock!!! UHALL sent me to a closer location after I complained. The location I picked up was super friendly and helpful BUT they didn't have the furniture pads I had reserved.... My wife went to a third location to rent the funature pads. She has already been stressed with the purchase of a house, spending extra time, spending extra money, and now she has to chase down pads... she arrives and is told the system is down. How do you think she treated ME DURING OUR SPECIAL DAY?!? The only good news was the location I picked up the truck from was super great and the place that the system was down didn't even charge us for the 6 pads we rented. Long story short- One person from uhall COULD HAVE done something to tell the truth about the reservation. She lied. Your small town vendors bend over backwards to earn my businesss despite your corporate's poor employees. I will rent storage space with your local vendors but I will NEVER use UHALL again for a move and I was a customer for over 25 years. I will tell everybody I come in contact with about this experience and let them deside if they want to try to get a better or worse experience. One person killing your business one person at a time ends up closing your doors.
